Kargil Diwas celebrated at Sarvodaya Kanya Vidyalaya at Pushp Vihar

On Kargil Diwas, Mr. Satya Ranjan Swain as a representative of JKSC Delhi chapter visited Sarvodaya Kanya Vidyalaya at Pushp Vihar and addressed the students of the entire school in the morning assembly. He highlighted to the students the objectives of the Pakistani Army behind attacking India in "Operation Badr". Then students were told how India prepared itself and gave a befitting reply by attacking from the air, ground and water. The details of "Operation Vijay", "Operation Safed Sagar" and "Operation Talwar" was explained to them and how our brave soldiers made our head held high. In addition, the importance of Freedom and independence was explained to them. After that the Principal addressed the students and told them to be vigilant and help the country like the way the citizens first informed the Army before Kargil war by mentioning that Pakistanis have intruded in the Indian soil.

The second event was organised in the NP Co-ed Senior Secondary Govt School, Tilak Lane which is near the Supreme Court. There also the students were told about the above facts and in addition, they were shown a video prepared by the JKSC on kargil war. The students and teachers who participated were told about the strategic importance of Kargil war and what our organisation is doing for the citizens of JKSC. They were given various information about Jammu Kashmir and students asked various questions which Mr. Satya answered very clearly, which was appreciated by the teachers a lot.
